 UHMWPE material sliding rail is a track that allows smooth and controlled movement of an object along a fixed path.

1. Very low coefficient of friction
The friction coefficient of UHMWPE is as low as 0.05 to 0.1, which is much lower than that of metals and ordinary plastics. This makes it smoother and helps to reduce wear and energy loss.
2. Excellent wear resistance
The wear resistance of UHMWPE is 4 to 7 times that of ordinary polyethylene. It is more wear-resistant than some metals (such as carbon steel and brass) and is suitable for applications involving long-term high-load sliding.
3. Self-lubricating property
UHMWPE itself has excellent self-lubricating properties, eliminating the need for additional lubricants, thereby reducing maintenance costs and enhancing service life.
4. Impact resistance and fatigue resistance
Under high impact and repeated friction conditions, the UHMWPE sliding rails can maintain stability for a long time and are unlikely to break or suffer from fatigue damage.
5. Chemical corrosion resistance
UHMWPE is resistant to acids, alkalis, salts and other chemical substances, and is suitable for working environments with high humidity and strong corrosiveness. It is not prone to aging.
